In respect of investment projects in Vietnam of both foreign and local investors, LienViet Luat provides legal and consultancy services “from A to Z” of the investment process which may include the following works:
Consultancy on land issues of investment project (introduction of site, obtaining in-principle approval on the land site from competent authorities);
Looking for and introducing cooperation business partner(s);
Recommending ultimate cooperation structure for the investment project;
Assisting the client in working out business approach and planning for deploying investment project;
Advising on investment incentives and assisting client in obtaining incentives treatments for investment project;
Assisting client in negotiation with business partner and/or relevant competent authorities on business cooperation and/or investment conditions;
Advising and documenting all kind of contractual documents such as Joint Venture Agreement/Business Cooperation Contract/Shareholders Agreement etc., documents of corporate governance such as Articles of Incorporation/Charter, Internal Rules and Regulations of the entity to be set up;
Advising and assisting client in completing all relevant administrative procedures for deploying the investment project such as Investment License/Certificate, Certificate on Business Registration, etc.
Assisting client in post-licensing works such as administrative procedures: seal registration, tax and import-export code registration, land use right certificate, employment and labour issues of the entity to be set up.
