(Applied to both local and foreign investors)
*Securities trading
- Securities brokerage: VND 3 billion
- Securities self-investing: VND 12 billion
- Management of securities investment portfolios: VND 3 billion
- Underwriting securities issuance: VND 22 billion
- Financial and securities investment consultancy: VND 3 billion
* Credit institutions
Joint stock commercial banks: VND 70 billion. The legal capital of securities trading and credit institutions must be verified by the authoritative agencies or the legal paper(s) identifying the enterprise’s capital must be attached to business registration file.
* Travel business
- Domestic travel business: VND 50 million
- International travel business: VND 250 million
After being granted the business registration certificate, the enterprise must deposit the required amount of cash at the bank where the enterprise opens the main transaction account during its business life time.
* Job service business
After being granted the business registration certificate, the enterprise must have at least VND 300 million deposited at the bank. This would be enclosed in the business license application file sent to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
